Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.
In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a message with a picture of your damaged lash/ item through our contact form on our website or e-mail us at info@madribeauty.com Lashes are considered damaged if you at first receive a faulty pair, not after you have worn, touched them, or removed them from the tray/packaging.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We Offer shipping insurance via ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE at checkout, at the customers expense. If the customer refuses to purchase the shipping insurance (Shipping insurance via ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE is 1% of customers total.) and their package is lost / Stolen, it is not the responsibility of Madri Beauty to issue any refund / send a replacement. It is the customers own fault for not purchasing insurance.
